Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming inquiries regarding reservations, pricing, and general assistance
- Deliver outstanding customer service in person and via phone
- Welcome clients, evaluate their rental requirements, and offer support
- Oversee vehicle returns, inspect rental conditions, and clarify rental agreements
- Advocate for optional protection plans and supplementary services
- Alert management to any vehicle concerns or maintenance requirements
- Conduct vehicle cleaning and upkeep tasks as necessary
- Support with various job-related responsibilities
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Some college education is preferred
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving history
- Authorized to work in the United States
