Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support services in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to healthcare teams, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
- Assist with patient transportation and travel to business functions, trainings, and meetings.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on medical terminology and best practices.
Requirements
- Valid Oregon driver's license and ability to meet St. Charles Health System driving requirements.
- One year of clerical support experience in a healthcare setting or related field.
- Basic medical terminology and language skills.
