We are looking for a dedicated, full-time, on-site Financial Executive Officer to lead our financial operations. Your primary responsibilities will encompass monitoring commissions, establishing policies, analyzing member lifetime value, managing profit and loss, and optimizing resources. The ideal candidate is proactive and can seamlessly integrate into our team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute financial strategies that align with the organization's growth and profitability objectives.
  • Establish and enforce financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to guarantee compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Generate precise and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, with a particular emphasis on health insurance metrics.
  • Assess and interpret financial performance, offering insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making in the health insurance sector.
  • Collaborate with third-party administrators to ensure accurate product offerings and fee structures for health insurance products.
  • Supervise accounts payable and receivable operations, ensuring prompt and precise processing of transactions related to health insurance.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the health insurance field.
  • Work alongside the executive team to propel strategic initiatives and business development efforts.
  • Oversee financial reporting and analysis to provide actionable insights for informed decision-making.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA designation is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a comparable role, ideally within the health insurance sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards pertinent to health insurance.
  • Expertise in financial analysis and forecasting, particularly regarding health insurance metrics and trends.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, especially in health insurance-related financial reporting.
  • Advanced skills in financial software and Microsoft Excel, with experience in health insurance-specific financial tools.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for effective collaboration across teams.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment, adapting to the changing landscape of the health insurance industry.
  • Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership position within the insurance sector is desirable but not mandatory.
