Position Title: Senior Financial Analyst Manager

Compensation: $140,000 - $160,000

Work Arrangement: Fully Remote

Role Responsibilities:

  • As a Senior Financial Analyst Manager, you will be instrumental in preparing for a new financial system by enhancing financial processes and managing data to mitigate future audit risks.
  • Data Preparation: Refine financial data to ensure readiness for the new system, with an emphasis on minimizing audit risks.
  • System Evaluation: Assess existing financial processes against the new system to identify and rectify discrepancies.
  • Process Enhancement: Propose and implement improvements for ineffective or non-compliant financial processes.
  • Data Analysis: Examine extensive financial datasets to generate reports and identify trends.
  • Quality Control: Establish measures to maintain high standards in financial operations.
  • Documentation Assessment: Review and enhance financial documents and processes.
  • Innovative Solutions: Develop and execute new strategies for data management and cleansing.
  • Client Collaboration: Lead meetings to standardize processes and effectively communicate recommendations and progress to clients.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years as a financial analyst, with a focus on government-related work. Investment or banking experience is not required.
  • Government Acumen: Familiarity with government contracts or experience within a federal agency.
  • Data Proficiency: Skilled in analyzing large datasets, utilizing data visualization tools, and programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python).
  • Technical Knowledge: Knowledgeable in AI/automation, statistical analysis software (e.g., SAS, SQL), and financial modeling tools.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate data insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Citizenship Requirement: Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
