Job Overview:

We are seeking a driven Sales and Business Growth Manager to lead our efforts in expanding into hotels, resorts, and other hospitality venues. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial professional who thrives on relationship-building, creative problem-solving, and driving growth in new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to introduce our Print & Sip experiences to hospitality venues.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in hotels and resorts.
  • Identify market opportunities and create compelling presentations to win new business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor offerings for hospitality clients.
  • Achieve revenue goals by securing partnerships and expanding our footprint.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of business development experience in hospitality or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Proven ability to break into new markets.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results.
  • Willingness to travel and build relationships in-person.

Compensation and Benefits:
