Job Summary:

  • Interview patients to obtain accurate and complete demographic information for timely and correct billing.
  • Communicate with privately paying patients regarding service charges and assist with payment arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Gather necessary forms and documentation from patients, including insurance information and identification.
  2. Collections co-pays, coinsurance, and other payments owed by patients.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-high school coursework preferred.
  • At least six months of experience in a hospital or physician setting, with knowledge of insurance benefits and pre-certification processes.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
