Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our headquarters and clinics. This individual will report to our VP, Human Resources and manage all facility vendors, ensuring seamless maintenance, mailroom, supplies, cleaning, and space planning services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact regularly with building management and serve as the primary point of contact with landlords
  • Oversee maintenance-related procurement requests and negotiate contracts with external vendors, suppliers, architects, and designers
  • Prioritize daily facility issues and effectively delegate responsibilities
  • Cultivate, maintain, and manage vendor relationships
  • Act as the primary point person on all facility emergencies, ensuring Fire & Life Safety Code compliance
  • Prepare budgets, financial reports, contracts, expenditures, and purchase orders related to facilities
  • Work with all EHE clinics to create systems to increase facility and equipment efficiency
  • Collaborate with HR and IT to arrange seating for new hires
  • Manage external cleaning services and inventory of supplies at all EHE locations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 3+ years' experience in facilities, office, or property management
  • Notary Public
  • Experience managing multi-unit medical facilities is a plus
  • Results-oriented, high sense of urgency, and energy
  • Exceptional relationship building and collaboration skills
  • Analytical and creative thinker
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong project management skills
