Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Operations Supervisor:

  • Lead by example by participating in all direct marketing initiatives and ensuring superior service to clients at all times.
  • Oversee the implementation of daily office and direct marketing operations.
  • Build strong client relationships, addressing service inquiries with confidence, timeliness, and transparency.
  • Propose strategies to enhance workplace productivity and achieve objectives.
  • Assist the Office Manager with daily staff scheduling and overall management tasks.
  • Act as a liaison among management, staff, and clients.
  • Conduct interviews and train new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Serve as the acting Location Manager in the absence of office executives.

Essential Qualifications for the Marketing Operations Supervisor:

  • ETHICAL JUDGMENT: Ability to make decisions that significantly influence the company's integrity and reputation.
  • PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: At least one year in a client-facing customer service position.
  • EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: Some college education is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE: Minimum of one year in a managerial role within a professional environment.
  • PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: Strong focus, determination, and integrity.
