Job Details:
This is a temporary position lasting approximately 3-4 months.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a compensation of $18.00 per hour.

This role is fully remote after completing one week of training.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial phone screenings for candidates and provide qualified candidates to the hiring manager, along with detailed notes.
- Manage a high volume of phone calls while maintaining positive interpersonal skills when interacting with applicants, employees, and hiring managers.
- Possess at least two years of experience in a customer service-related role.
- Maintain an organized schedule and ensure clear communication with applicants.
- Work independently and collaboratively to achieve staffing objectives for the company and projects.
- Utilize organizational skills to effectively minimize obstacles that may hinder project progress. Employ sound decision-making and problem-solving skills to address issues and seek guidance as necessary.
- Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal regulations, particularly regarding the interviewing process.
- Communicate daily with the HR team regarding all staffing status updates.
- Perform other duties as assigned, with a primary focus on conducting phone interviews, which will constitute 85% of the role.

Position Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- Exceptional comfort in engaging over the phone and connecting with new individuals.
- Previous experience in customer service is mandatory.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
- Aptitude for adhering to company policies, project hiring requirements, and client specifications.
- Proficient in computer programs and software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Windows, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and internet usage.

Benefits:
This is a temporary assignment with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour, fully remote after the initial training week. Successful candidates must complete a post-offer background check. DSI Systems is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
