Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team on the 2nd shift. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect products while feeding, piling down, and cartoning to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Collate, wrap, and repair products as needed.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties in the department to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Identify and implement improvements in work processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and work ethic, adhering to our company's core values.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Basic mechanical and math skills are required for this role.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • Knowledge of arithmetic and English language skills, including spelling and composition.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and follow up on assignments.
  • Practical knowledge of the job, including work instructions, processes, equipment, and materials.
  • Ability to complete work and paperwork thoroughly, accurately, and neatly.
  • Initiative, creativity, teamwork, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work overtime as required.
  • Prompt and reliable attendance is essential.
Working Conditions

This role requires working in a manufacturing environment with regular exposure to dust, dirt, noise, and physical hazards of machinery. You will be required to move with ease in the production area, remain in stationary positions for prolonged periods, and use hands and fingers constantly for handling and manipulating products.
