We are seeking a skilled Medical Surgical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Fairview Park Hospital.

About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical conditions, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Care Coordination: Develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring seamless communication among healthcare providers and stakeholders.
  • Education and Support: Provide education and support to patients and families, empowering them to manage their health effectively.
Requirements
  • Licensure and Education: Current RN licensure and BSN degree required.
  • Certifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire.
