About the Role: This position plays a crucial role in supporting the Project Management team, ensuring the successful delivery of assigned projects within established timelines, budgets, scopes, and quality benchmarks. The Project Manager will oversee all stages of the project lifecycle, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams throughout the Product Development process and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This role requires interaction with top-tier Engineering talent, leveraging our cutting-edge technology.

About the Team: Our dedicated team of Technical Project Managers is responsible for the comprehensive delivery of medium-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all stages of technical projects throughout the Product Development lifecycle.
  • Developing and updating project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, and task lists.
  • Creating dashboards and reports for stakeholder meetings, ensuring effective follow-up to guarantee project task completion, and preparing executive summaries.
  • Collaborating closely with the product team to align efforts with organizational objectives and assisting with customer implementation initiatives.
  • Managing multiple projects concurrently, defining key performance indicators, and generating regular variance reports to monitor progress.
  • Negotiating with Engineering Resource Managers to secure necessary project resources.
  • Ensuring compliance with corporate and public regulations while conducting relevant data analysis for project tasks.
  • Requesting resource demands and reviewing project resource allocations, scheduling, and facilitating project review meetings to update status.
  • Escalating complex issues and decisions to senior PMO colleagues, maintaining ownership and accountability for the project schedule, and effectively communicating project status, including schedule variances and mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Project governance certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.)
  • Current experience in IT PMO
  • Extensive knowledge and application of RAID Logs
  • Demonstrated project management expertise
  • Understanding of corporate and public regulations
  • Proficient in data analysis
  • Experience in stakeholder relationship management
  • Familiarity with Project Management Tools (SmartSheet and Jira)
