Qualifications and Attributes:

  • Detail-oriented, motivated, and collaborative mindset

  • 7+ years of experience across all phases of renovation, replacement, and new educational projects
  • Strong skills in team and client management
  • Proficient in BIM and Revit software
  • Professional certifications and memberships, such as LEED-AP, EDAC, ACHA, and AIA are preferred
