Under the guidance of a supervisor, acts as a liaison between the information services team and facility personnel on various IT projects. Coordinates activities related to the management and successful completion of various information services initiatives. Maintains regular communication with facility leadership, local IT staff, and corporate information services team members. Engages actively in the entire project lifecycle or specific components. Provides customer support, training, and technical assistance as assigned.
