Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and removing trash and debris.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including ringing sales, handling returns, and counting change.
  • Support the sales floor team by assisting with visual merchandising, inventory management, and other tasks as needed.
  • Participate in store recovery efforts to maintain a safe and secure shopping environment.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to work with diverse customers.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
