About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Merchandise Associate. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to all operational and merchandise standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, adhering to all visual merchandising standards and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  • Support the sales floor team in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, through proactive communication and collaboration.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management activities, ensuring a visually appealing and well-stocked sales floor.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including labor laws and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to support business needs.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, with or without reasonable accommodation, and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role, is an asset.
