Sales Responsibilities:
- Expertly present our community, shared spaces, and available apartments to potential residents, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
- Master the follow-up process, guiding prospects through each stage of the sales journey.
- Strive to exceed occupancy and leasing percentage targets.
- Conduct regular property walkthroughs to ensure the pristine condition of tour paths, communal areas, and available or prepared apartments.
- Utilize conversion-focused phone calls to engage prospects, emphasizing virtual staging techniques and best practices.
- Leverage approved social media channels to highlight sales opportunities, assess engagement, and promote our offerings.
- Stay updated on the local job market, businesses, community events, and lifestyle preferences through regular competitor analysis.
- Embrace our mission of fostering communities where every individual feels genuinely at home.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors.
- Contribute to achieving customer satisfaction objectives monitored through our survey program and online reputation management.
- Maintain organization and effectively manage daily property requirements.
- Adopt new sales techniques with enthusiasm, always ready to enhance your skills.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams).
- Possess a working knowledge of Property Management Software, with familiarity in Yardi and Funnel preferred.
- Be prepared to work weekends as part of the role's expectations.
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical institution.
- Six months to one year of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation Range of $49,000-$54,000 annually, which includes a base salary and bonus program.
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. If your requirements fall outside of this range, you are still welcome to apply.
