Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Leasing Consultant to join our team at Banner Property Management. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for presenting our apartments and community to prospective residents, managing the leasing process from start to finish, and assisting with resident relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Presenting our apartments and community to prospective residents
  • Managing the leasing process from start to finish
  • Assisting with resident relations and conducting follow-up
  • Coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals

Requirements:

  • Passion for customer service and sales-driven mentality
  • Personable and great at building relationships with customers and teammates
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet goals and achieve results
  • Property management software experience, particularly with YARDI, is a plus
