Caregiver Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver Specialist to join our team at Sevita. As a leading provider of home and community-based specialized health care, we believe that every individual deserves to live a full, more independent life.
Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of $11.00 per hour, paid on demand, and a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) with a 3% company match. Additionally, you will receive paid time off, holiday pay, and a network of support from experienced supervisors.
Key Responsibilities- Assist individuals with their personal hygiene and daily living activities.
- Support individuals with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
- Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination (preferred).
- Excellent communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.
- Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behavior.
