We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our Cardiac Rhythm Management team. As a Clinical Specialist, you will provide technical, educational, and operational support to assist the district in meeting sales and customer service objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving issues with Cardiac Rhythm Management products.
- Develop and deliver educational programs to customers, including training on new products and technologies.
- Collaborate with sales representatives and district management to identify customer needs and develop sales strategies.
- Assist with inventory management and ensure that customers have the necessary products and resources to meet their needs.
- Stay up-to-date on new products, technologies, and industry trends to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, life sciences, or biomedical engineering.
- Cath lab, EP lab, hospital, or clinic experience.
- Experience teaching and educating medical personnel, peers, and technical support personnel.
- Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry.
