Licensed Behavioral Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Counselor or Social Worker to join our team at Integrated Services for Behavioral Health.
LSW, LPC, LISW, LPCC
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing clinical and social services to youth and adults in need of Behavioral Health services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and define the strengths and needs of referred individuals and families.
- Provide and coordinate clinical and social services that are problem-focused and build on family and community strengths.
- Carry out utilization review and quality assurance activities as directed.
- Maintain necessary documentation, participate in program evaluation, attend team and program planning meetings, and cross-systems training, and acquire knowledge of community resources.
- Meet billing productivity requirements established by Integrated Services for Behavioral Health.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must meet requirements for licensure as defined by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage & Family Therapist Board.
- Demonstrates a high degree of cultural awareness.
- Experience with multi-need individuals and families.
- Broad knowledge of community service systems.
- Willing to participate in and lead cross-systems team-building activities.
- Able to effectively communicate through verbal/written expression.
- Must be able to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment.
