Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Dunkin' team in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve sales goals and maintain operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory, labor, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Dunkin' team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Ensure compliance with Dunkin' standards, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Fluency in English and basic math skills.
