Key Responsibilities- Install and configure Crestron and Lutron control systems, ensuring precise setup and calibration.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on audio/video equipment, identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the programming department to support downloads and ensure system functionality.
- Set up and test Crestron remotes, keypads, and touch screens, guaranteeing accurate and user-friendly interfaces.
- Develop and implement Client Care Packages and equipment upgrades, providing expert recommendations to enhance client experiences.
- Participate in client outreach programs, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, attending training sessions and workshops to enhance technical expertise.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with audio/video and residential electronic systems projects.
