Electrical Engineer

Job Summary:
Raytheon Technologies is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team as an RF/Microwave and Antenna Test and Integration Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing test plans, procedures, and specifications for RF/Microwave and Antenna systems. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to RF/Microwave and Antenna hardware, software, and process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement test plans, procedures, and specifications for RF/Microwave and Antenna systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RF/Microwave and Antenna hardware, software, and process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and validate RF/Microwave and Antenna systems
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in RF/Microwave and Antenna test and integration
- Experience with system issues associated with RF design such as noise figure, IP3, S-Parameters, Antenna Gain, Antenna Directivity, ERP, Side Lobe Levels (SLL), Oscillation, etc.
- Experience with common RF test equipment such as Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal & Pulse Generators, and Oscilloscopes
- Active and transferrable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Root-Cause Corrective Action Investigations
- Experience working in a DoD environment
- Experience using MATLAB
- Able to present technical results to Program Leadership and work with Cross-Functional teams
