Job Title: Pediatric Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team at Kentucky Orthopedic Rehab Team in Louisville, KY.

About the Role:

As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will work with children and adolescents to help them develop the skills they need to participate in daily activities and reach their full potential. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings, including clinics, schools, and homes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Document patient progress and communicate with families and other healthcare professionals as needed
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current licensure or registration as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Kentucky
  • At least one year of experience working with pediatric patients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
