Occupational Therapist PRN Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist PRN to join our team at Louisville East Post Acute. As an Occupational Therapist PRN, you will play a vital role in evaluating residents, developing effective treatment plans, and providing high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate residents within 24 hours of physician referral and develop treatment plans
  • Provide occupational therapy services to residents, including training and education
  • Communicate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care
  • Participate in patient care conferences and utilization review meetings
  • Record evaluations, treatment notes, and progress reports
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Casamba and Point Click Care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment:

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing high-quality care to residents. The noise level is usually low to moderate.
