Pediatric Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at KORT Physical Therapy in Louisville, KY.
As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with our team to provide speech and occupational therapy services to children with various diagnoses, focusing on quality care and supportive team environments.
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in outpatient pediatrics and be able to develop objective patient goals and establish the type, frequency, and duration of occupational therapy in collaboration with referring physicians.
Responsibilities will include supervising and delegating occupational therapy care for each patient, participating in student clinical affiliation programs, and communicating pertinent patient information to referring physicians and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients
- Collaborate with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Supervise and delegate occupational therapy care to support staff
- Participate in student clinical affiliation programs and continuing education opportunities
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current national registration and state licensure or registration
- At least one year of experience in pediatric occupational therapy or fieldwork in lieu of experience
