Pediatric Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Louisville, KY. As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to children with various diagnoses, focusing on quality care through a supportive team environment, company-paid continuing education, and reasonable caseload expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their specific goals.
  • Collaborate with referring physicians to establish patient goals and treatment plans.
  • Supervise and delegate occupational therapy care for each patient, adhering to state and federal regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Participate in student clinical affiliation programs and contribute to the design and implementation of new programs or procedures.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy.
  • One year of Pediatric Occupational Therapy experience or fieldwork in lieu of experience for new graduates.
  • National registration and state licensure or registration required.
  • CPR certification and valid state driver's license.
