Application Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced technology leader to drive our Veeva Platform efforts forward. As Biogen Technology Architect, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering high-value solutions that meet the needs of our business.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity to join our team and contribute to the transformation of our business processes through innovative technologies. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving strategic decisions to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop technical architectures that align with business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with EAS/BCCI teams and functional stakeholders to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation of technical designs and architectures.
- Mentor and develop teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Prioritize demands, reviewing and approving project prioritization based on business value and ROI.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Application Services development, delivery, and stakeholder management in the Veeva Platform space.
- 6+ years of experience in IT Project Management, System Enhancements, Support, Consulting, or Product Management.
- Demonstrated success in leading implementation and/or IT operations.
- Experience with Life Sciences business process domains, including Clinical, Safety, Regulatory, or Quality Veeva Vaults.
- Strong understanding and experience with software implementation.
- Proven ability to work independently and with teams in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory impacts (GxP, SOX, etc.) on data and processes in the Life Sciences industry.
- Quick comprehension of business requirements with the skill to design effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
