About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced technology leader to drive our Veeva Platform efforts forward. As Biogen Technology Architect, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering high-value solutions that meet the needs of our business.

About the Role

You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving strategic decisions to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop technical architectures that align with business needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with EAS/BCCI teams and functional stakeholders to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of technical designs and architectures.
  • Mentor and develop teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Prioritize demands, reviewing and approving project prioritization based on business value and ROI.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Application Services development, delivery, and stakeholder management in the Veeva Platform space.
  • 6+ years of experience in IT Project Management, System Enhancements, Support, Consulting, or Product Management.
  • Demonstrated success in leading implementation and/or IT operations.
  • Experience with Life Sciences business process domains, including Clinical, Safety, Regulatory, or Quality Veeva Vaults.
  • Strong understanding and experience with software implementation.
  • Proven ability to work independently and with teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of regulatory impacts (GxP, SOX, etc.) on data and processes in the Life Sciences industry.
  • Quick comprehension of business requirements with the skill to design effective solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
