Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and positively.

  • Maintain a tidy work area, proactively cleaning and restocking as necessary.
  • Understand restaurant layout, including table and seating arrangements.
  • Exhibit keen attention to detail.
  • Dispose of broken glassware properly.
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations as per local health guidelines.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and needs in a friendly manner.
  • Provide energetic service with a sense of urgency.
  • Monitor guest safety and compliance with guidelines.
  • Assist in guest recovery efforts to ensure positive experiences.
  • Stay informed about company policies, products, and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively and enthusiastically with guests and team members.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Possess a pleasant and sociable demeanor throughout the workday.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to walk or stand for extended periods.
  • Regularly lift up to 15 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
  • Perform tasks requiring organization, bending, reaching, and climbing.
  • Communicate quickly and accurately.
  • Work in environments with varying light and sound levels.
  • Demonstrate manual dexterity for equipment operation.
