Job Title: Food Service Runner

Craft Culinary Concepts is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Runner to join our team. As a Food Service Runner, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service operations, including food preparation, presentation, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with food preparation, presentation, and delivery to guests
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages to guests
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the kitchen and dining areas
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a valid Food Handler Card on file
  • Must be able to stand, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to be on foot for up to 8+ hours
  • Approaches all tasks with a "can do" attitude
  • Must have a H.S. Diploma or equivalent, or prior experience in a related field
  • Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check
  • Must be able to work with a group as well as independently
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
Other Skills/Abilities:
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in wet floor conditions, extreme temperature fluctuations, and excessive noise
