Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients, while working collaboratively with our experienced executive team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish positive, trusting relationships with clients
  • Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
  • Create individualized treatment plans based on client needs and circumstances
  • Meet with clients regularly to provide counseling, treatment, and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of client progress
  • Involve and advise family members when appropriate
  • Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities
Requirements
  • Master's Level Degree or higher in a related field
  • Full, unencumbered PsyD, LMFT/LCSW/LPC license (license based on office location)
  • 2+ years' experience providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services
  • Maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout employment with Headlight
  • Ability to work as a team member and cooperatively
  • Superb organizational skills
  • Ability to guide, direct, or influence people
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and their families
