Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide individualized treatment plans, conduct ongoing assessments, and work collaboratively with clients and their families to achieve their mental health goals.

Responsibilities
  • Establish positive, trusting relationships with clients and their families.
  • Diagnose and treat mental health disorders using evidence-based practices.
  • Create individualized treatment plans that address client needs and circumstances.
  • Meet with clients regularly to provide counseling, treatment, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of client progress and involve family members when appropriate.
  • Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities.
Qualifications
  • Master's Level Degree or higher in a related field.
  • Full, unencumbered PsyD, LMFT/LCSW/LPC license (license based on office location).
  • 2+ years' experience providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services.
  • Maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout employment with Headlight.
  • Ability to work as a team member and cooperatively.
  • Superb organizational skills.
  • Ability to guide, direct, or influence people.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and their families.
