Outpatient Mental Health Specialist

Our ApproachWe take a multiple-disciplinary approach to mental healthcare, recognizing that each individual's needs are unique. Our team of experienced clinicians works together to provide personalized care, using a range of evidence-based therapies and interventions.
Key Responsibilities- Establish strong, trusting relationships with patients and their families
- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders using evidence-based approaches
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account each patient's needs and circumstances
- Provide regular counseling and therapy sessions, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and involve family members when appropriate
- Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities
- Master's Level Degree or higher in a related field (Required)
- Full, unencumbered PsyD, LMFT/LCSW/LPC license (license based on office location)
- 2+ years' experience providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services
- Maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout employment with Headlight
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and their families
