We are a mental health organization founded and led by experienced mental health clinicians. We learn from our clinicians and use their feedback to improve the client and clinician experience. We also use AI transcription to automate note-taking and documentation, saving our clinicians time and reducing administrative burdens.

- Establish Positive Relationships: Our clinicians establish positive, trusting relationships with patients and provide individualized treatment plans based on each patient's unique needs and circumstances.
- Diagnose and Treat Mental Health Disorders: Our clinicians diagnose and treat mental health disorders, using evidence-based practices and a comprehensive approach to care.
- Conduct Ongoing Assessments: Our clinicians conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Involve Family Members: Our clinicians involve and advise family members when appropriate, providing education and support to help them understand the patient's treatment plan.
- Master's Level Degree or Higher: Our clinicians must hold a Master's level degree or higher in a related field.
- Full, Unencumbered License: Our clinicians must hold a full, unencumbered license in their state of practice.
- 2+ Years' Experience: Our clinicians must have at least 2 years' experience providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services.
- Ability to Work as a Team Member: Our clinicians must be able to work as a team member and cooperatively with other clinicians and staff.
