Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Credit Service Representative to join our team at Xactus. As a Credit Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, utilizing your in-depth knowledge of company products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer-centric service in line with company standards.
  • Analyze incoming electronic and telephonic information and requests.
  • Manage incoming supplement requests as well as pending requests.
  • Direct calls and inquiries to appropriate area/function as applicable.
  • Process sensitive Personal information.
  • Review and interpret credit report and data contained within.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer calls/electronic requests.
  • Process supplements on a timely basis. Meeting departmental goals on production, turn-time and quality.
  • Adhere strictly to training manual and procedures.
  • Follow all workflows and documents all actions in proprietary system.
  • Answer incoming phone calls within 3 rings.
  • Assist other team members as needed.
  • Participate in skills training, as requested.
  • Adhere to, and maintain compliance with, all Federal and State regulations and Universal policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least two years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the financial services or credit services industry.
  • Strong understanding of credit services and regulations preferred.

  • The compensation offered for this position starts at $18.30+ per hour. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
