Banner Witcoff is a leading intellectual property law firm with over 100 years of experience. We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our Accounting Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports to Firm managers and the Board of Directors.
  • Develop and maintain financial databases for reporting purposes and create new reports with data.
  • Participate in the review of financial reports, identifying issues and troubleshooting for accuracy.
  • Assist with the preparation of periodic financial presentations and develop new alerts using Alert Manager software.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and five or more years of related experience working within a law firm.
  • Computer proficiency with knowledge of Accounting systems, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Experience with Big Hand/Iridium or similar reporting software.
  • Ability to analyze complex accounting/financial issues and recommend solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range of $90,000 to $130,000 annually.
  • Exempt position with annual merit increase and bonus pay.
  • Hybrid work environment with in-office and remote work options.
