Job Summary

We're seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team at Sevita. As a caregiver, you'll play a critical role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges. You'll work closely with our team to provide individualized supports that help people achieve their goals and live their best lives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges
  • Work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized support plans
  • Provide transportation and support to individuals in the community
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of individualized supports and services
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
