Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and mental illness. Your role will involve helping participants with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one support and assistance to participants with daily living activities
  • Assist participants with medication management and medical appointments
  • Help participants with budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Support participants with behavioral challenges and complex needs
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with participants and their families

Requirements

  • No experience required
  • No high school diploma required
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required
  • Skills: communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
  • Behaviors: patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
