Job Title: Caregiver / Direct Support Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver / Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will work closely with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges to provide support and assistance with daily living activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Support individuals with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
  • Assist with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
  • Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to provide comprehensive support
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • No high school diploma required
  • No experience required
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required for day and evening shifts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
