Job Summary

We are seeking a Caregiver/Direct Support Professional to join our team in Thief River Falls, MN. As a Caregiver, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with disabilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support individuals with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Assist with behavioral challenges and other complex needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with individuals and their families
Requirements
  • No high school diploma required
  • No experience required
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required for day and evening shifts
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
