About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team at V2X, a leading provider of smart solutions for the integration of physical and digital infrastructure. As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing electrical systems for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Electrical System Design and Development: Provide expertise in the design and development of electrical systems, including power generation, distribution, and grounding systems.
  • Facilities Design and Planning: Develop complex plans for facility design, including building power systems, lighting design, and load calculations to meet critical electrical requirements.
  • Leadership and Training: Provide leadership and training to other engineering team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as a technical expert for electromagnetic interference mitigation, electrical facility design, construction, maintenance, and operation.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform quality assurance of electrical construction, ensuring the quality of workmanship and compliance with standards.
  • Deployment and Support: Immediately deployable to worldwide locations in potentially hazardous work environments to perform QRC/technical support to US forces.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college/university.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of diversified engineering experience in medium or low voltage power electrical equipment, integration, and maintenance of electrical equipment and systems.
  • Skills: Strong technical ability and creativity in 2D and 3D electrical computer-aided design and modeling, knowledge of power and grounding principles and techniques, and experience with uninterruptible power supplies (UPS).
  • Clearance: Final Top-Secret Clearance based upon a TIER 5 Background Investigation, and favorable eligibility determination for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) IAW ICD 704.
