Job Description

We are seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to join our dynamic, growing, cross-functional, and geographically distributed team. The selected candidate will be responsible for design, development, modification, production, test, debugging, and evaluation of complex RF and digital circuit boards and assemblies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop complex mixed signal electrical PCB assemblies and bring them to production
  • Conduct technical responsibility for planning and conducting technical projects or phases of projects
  • Coordinate the efforts of electronics technicians as required
  • Evaluate vendors, products, and services
  • Work closely with Azure team members, vendors, and subcontractors during the design, fabrication, and assembly phases of projects
Requirements
  • US citizenship
  • Ability to obtain a TOP SECRET clearance
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in design, testing, and validation of printed circuit boards
  • Minimum 3 years' experience using a signal generator, spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, and oscilloscope to debug analog, digital, and RF circuits
Preferred Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
  • Expertise in schematic capture and layout guidance with Cadence Allegro tool set
