Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Associate's degree or higher, or 2-5 years equivalent industry experience.
  • Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to positively contribute to the Branch team environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Triage customer inquiries and assign service requests to technicians.
  • Manage service orders from creation to completion, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Monitor CRM reports and reconcile discrepancies on a monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with Branch Procurement Specialists to plan and coordinate resources and projects.
