We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Patient Services Coordinator to join our team at Godaelli Healthcare Services LLC.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position with a salary of $15.00 - $17.00 per hour, offering a competitive benefits package including paid national holidays (8), 1 week PTO per year, and a 401K plan with employer matching after one year of service.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a medical office setting, preferably as a front desk staff member, and possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
  • This role involves performing general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, maintaining client charts and databases, scheduling appointments for providers, collecting insurance cards, verifying insurances eligibility, and collecting copays.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for adapting to an ever-changing workload and tasks, prioritizing responsibilities effectively, and working collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Provide exceptional patient care by ensuring accurate and efficient completion of administrative tasks.
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
    • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a medical office setting preferred.
    • Demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong organizational skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
    • Able to maintain a professional demeanor, even in high-pressure situations.
    • Familiarity with electronic medical records and practice management systems an asset.
