Hotel Equities, a leading hospitality company, is seeking a highly skilled Director of Sales for our AC by Marriott hotel in Wichita, KS.

Your Expertise Matters

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients to secure group business and drive sales growth.
  • Attending industry events and networking with local officials and community groups to generate sales opportunities.
  • Conducting site tours and maintaining a customer database to ensure seamless sales processes.
  • Developing and managing the departmental budget to ensure sales meet or exceed established profit plans.

You Are:

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with 2+ years of hotel sales experience, preferably with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or Hyatt sales processes and systems. You should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, as well as the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
