Key Qualifications

  • Proven track record in leading Agile transformations and implementing Agile methodologies.
  • Capability to oversee multiple projects and teams concurrently, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in data privacy regulations, practices, and compliance.
  • A robust technical foundation with a focus on guiding technical teams.
  • Agile methodology certification is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Visual Cobol is advantageous.
