You will utilize your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serve as a patient-care innovator, leveraging your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement departmental goals, standards, and objectives that support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
- Assess the quality of patient care delivered and coordinate patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments.
- Create an environment that encourages professional growth and fosters a culture of excellence.
- Integrate evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, ancillary staff, and social services at the point of care to facilitate multidisciplinary decision-making.

Our Clinical Case Management department is responsible for the execution, adaptation, and outcome of care management as prescribed in the initial Utilization Review Plan.
We are accountable for resources, appropriateness of care, and adherence to a designated Geometric Length of Stay (GLOS) for each patient.
Requirements- A current state RN license.
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS and PALS certification within six months of hire.
- One year of experience preferred.
- ASLS certification preferred.
- Minimum Work Experience 1-3 years case management experience preferred.
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
