About the Role

Vivint Smart Home, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Experience Operations team, you will be responsible for designing and executing test pilots on various products and processes used at Vivint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a mini Vivint Learning Lab to identify and address friction points in the customer journey.
  • Design and execute tests to ensure test criteria are met, and prioritize tests based on customer impact and urgency.
  • Lead the design and implementation of impact measurement strategies to drive business growth.
  • Work closely with frontline test teams to ensure they are trained in testing procedures and can address concerns with the core team.
  • Analyze test results and prepare findings and recommendations for presentation to stakeholders and executives.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a customer-facing role or CX-related work experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in a technology role, with a strong understanding of business operations and customer experience.
  • Proven ability to work with diverse teams, develop trustworthy relationships, and create influence.
  • Strong strategic thinking ability and demonstrated risk assessment acumen.
  • Leadership experience is a plus.
