Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and provide a positive shopping experience
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom
  • Assist customers with purchases and provide product recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time
